Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.

Reginald Degrafenreid II MSN, CRNP is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan and across practice settings, from hospitals to outpatient clinics. Reginald specializes in treating PTSD/trauma, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and depression. His education includes a Post-Master’s Certificate of Nursing in Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University in Wilmington Delaware, and a Master of Science in Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner and Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing from Coppin State University located his in hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. Reginald Degrafenreid II, CRNP, PMHNP-BC brings a humanistic philosophy of holistic care for both mind and body, and an abiding commitment to individualized, personalized, comprehensive care for patients. Reginald incorporates an integrative medicine approach that is healing-oriented considering the whole person (body, mind, spirit, and environment), including all aspects of lifestyle. This integrative approach emphasizes the therapeutic relationship and makes use of all appropriate therapies, both conventional
and alternative.
Reginald is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate, client-centered, and comprehensive mental health services to underserved populations. Reginald possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by the natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. He follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition to guide care. As a PMHNP, Reginald’s role is multifaceted, including educator, mental health advocate, therapist, provider, and scientific research. Reginald values interdisciplinary education and inter-professional collaboration for a whole person, patient centered approach to health
and healthcare.
Reginald believes that good medicine should be based in good science, be inquiry driven, and be open to new paradigms; in use of natural, effective, less-invasive interventions whenever possible, and in the broader concept of promotion of health and the prevention of illness as well as the treatment of disease.
Reginald’s vision is for all his clients achieve balance in all aspects of their life and the highest level of functioning possible. Reginald is also committed to serving and the restoration of underserved communities. The commitment to this vision was the catalyst for naming of his business practice, Equanimity. Reginald is the owner of Equanimity Integrated Behavioral Health and Wellness LLC, an OMHC, and Equanimity Community Revitalization, a PRP, located near the City of Baltimore in
Parkville, Maryland.

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
