Children & Adolescent prp

 Our Children & Adolescent PRP is designed to support young people (ages 5–17) in developing the emotional, social, and behavioral skills needed to thrive at home, in school, and in their communities. We work directly with families, schools, and providers to ensure each child’s care is personalized and effective. 

•  Social and emotional skill development
• Age-appropriate mental health education
• Navigating educational accommodations & school advocacy
• Communication and coping strategies
• After-school therapeutic groups
• In-home and community-based sessions

• Has a mental health diagnosis
• A Medicaid recipient
• Actively participating in outpatient mental health services at least 2x/month

• Services delivered 3x/month
• Options for in-home, on-site, and community-based sessions
• Coordination with caregivers, schools, and therapists
